November Simply a Moment

Hello

Joining in once more with Alexa's Simply a Moment. You can read other Moments here and there is still plenty of time to record a moment of your own. I enjoy the process of jotting down my thoughts on the 15th of each month, and maybe you will too.

The digital papers are from Paislee Press

Since recording the above, we have been to the hospital and now await the results of those tests. The Doctors were very happy with her progress. I will be sure to let you know the outcome.

In the meantime, enjoy your weekend.

Such a rich and full moment, Irene ... Your vivid description of that momentary oasis of calm that suddenly slips into being took me back to my own days as a young Mum. It encapsulated your Heart.Hearth.Home. perfectly. I am relieved to hear that things with your little grand-daughter are going well and hope the medical tests are all fine. And so wishing for blessed sleep for your own daughter, and how wonderful you give her the opportunity. Thank-you so very much for posting your Moment :).

Your new granddaughter is gaining weight nicely, and I hope the continuing jaundice turns out not to be a problem. I enjoyed reading about your moment.

Wow, I was totally with you in your moment! Glad you all got some peace and rest, I hope your daughter catches up on the sleep she needs. And I do hope those test results are reassuring. The Boy was jaundiced at birth and for a while after, he needed phototherapy and a few blood tests, not a pleasant time but all was well in the end. Worrying at the time, though...

Oh I remember those oases of calm in the frantic needy moments of newborns. Glad that you are there to help!

Glad things are going well and hope they continue.

You have reminded me of my own mother coming to help after each of our children were born - it was such a relief to have her knowledge and calming influence, I am sure your daughter would feel the same.
I hope your little baby continues to grow and come to robust good health.
